Appointment Reminders
For your convenience, we send out reminders via text, email, or phone based on your preference. We want to ensure you’re well-prepared and can easily confirm or reschedule if needed.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require 2 business days’ notice for exams and cleanings and 3 business days’ notice for surgeries.
Our team is happy to work with you to accommodate any changes to your schedule. Please contact Perio Pdx as soon as possible if your availability changes.
Emergency Appointments
If you are experiencing a periodontal emergency, we recommend calling our office immediately. We prioritize emergency cases and will make every effort to see you as soon as possible.
